This page explains what information NinioWorks handles when you visit ninioworks.com, contact us, or play a test build of Daisy Chain. We aim to handle as little as possible.
The website
ninioworks.com is a simple static website. It has no accounts, forms or advertising, and it does not use analytics tools or cookies of our own.
The site is delivered by a hosting provider. To deliver the site and keep it secure, that provider processes technical request data such as your IP address, the page you asked for, and your browser and device type, and it may produce aggregate traffic statistics or run its own security and analytics features. The provider’s own privacy policy covers that processing.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to reply to you, and we do not share it for marketing.
Daisy Chain test builds
Daisy Chain is in development, and what it does will change as it develops. This section describes the current test builds, which we share with testers we invite personally.
The game keeps your progress, settings and a simple gameplay log on your device. During testing we collect gameplay data and feedback from testers to understand how the game plays and to improve it. Sharing either is your choice.
The app store or test platform that delivers a build may also share basic technical information with us, such as the build installed, the device type and crash reports. That platform’s own privacy policy covers its processing.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may share it with service providers that help us run the website and the game, and where the law requires it.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us at support@ninioworks.com.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes described on this page, such as understanding how the game plays, improving it and replying to you, or as long as the law requires. Information stored on your device stays there until you delete the game or clear its data.
Deleting your information
To ask us to delete information you have sent us, such as feedback, gameplay data or emails, or to withdraw your consent to our using it, email support@ninioworks.com. We may need to confirm it’s you, and we may keep some information where the law allows or requires it.
Changes
Daisy Chain will keep growing, and what it collects may change with it. We may update this page from time to time, and the version published here is the one that applies.
